1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the bgaee platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bgaee ("we", "our") and each member who uses our platform ("you", "user").

By visiting the bgaee website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms apply together with bgaee's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotional terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

bgaee's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If you are unable to prove your age during identity verification, your account will be suspended or closed.

2.2 Personal Use

Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Technical Capability

You must be able to use an internet connection and a compatible device. bgaee is not responsible for issues arising from unsupported browsers or operating systems.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with bgaee, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. bgaee reserves the right to close an account at any time if it was registered using false or misleading information.

3.2 Password & Account Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bgaee may request verification of your identity, age, or payment method at any time. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold. Personal information is stored securely; see our Privacy Policy for details.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bgaee currently supports three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. No payment methods other than these three are currently accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. In some cases, the identity verification process may cause delays.

4.4 Transaction Failures

If a transaction fails due to mobile network or payment gateway issues, please contact our support team. bgaee is not responsible for technical faults on the part of third-party payment services.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bgaee offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or a deposit of ৳6,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, wagering is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

The first-deposit bonus applies only once per account.
Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
bgaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
Fraudulent use of bonuses will result in account suspension.
Placing bets across multiple games may be required before a bonus can be cashed out.

5.4 VIP Program

bgaee's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy weekly cashback benefits. Cashback rates vary by tier.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bgaee is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. Our games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

Using any software, bot, or automated system to operate games.
Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means ("bonus hunting").
Dishonestly exploiting technical errors in the system.
Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on another person's account.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, bgaee's decision will be considered final. If an error produces an abnormal result, the related bet may be voided and the original deposit will be returned.

7 Responsible Gaming

bgaee believes that gaming is an entertainment activity — not a means of addiction. We provide several features to protect our members:

Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily close your account for a set period if needed.
Reality Check: Messages about session time and spending are provided at regular intervals.
Permanent Account Closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time.

8 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the bgaee platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, databases, text, and other materials — is protected under bgaee's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or commercially using this content without prior permission is prohibited.

Third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) hold the intellectual property rights to their respective games. bgaee operates these games solely under licence.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

We use SSL encryption to keep your information secure.
Your information is not sold to third parties except where required by applicable law.
Anonymous statistics may be collected for the purpose of improving our services.

10 Limitation of Liability & Severability

10.1 Limitation of Liability

bgaee is committed to ensuring maximum security and reliability on its platform. However, bgaee is not liable for the following:

Losses caused by internet or mobile network failures.
Faults or security vulnerabilities in the user's own device.
Issues arising from third-party services (payment providers, game providers).
Losses during unexpected technical disruptions or maintenance periods.

10.2 Indemnification

If bgaee faces any third-party claim as a result of a breach of these Terms, you will be obliged to compensate for that loss.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 bgaee's Rights

bgaee may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Any provision of these Terms is violated.
Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity is suspected.
Cooperation with identity verification is not provided.
The account has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).

11.2 Closure at User Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, provided wagering requirements have been met.

12 Changes to Terms

bgaee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via a message in their account or by email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, you are first requested to contact our support team directly. bgaee is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

14 General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between bgaee and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this agreement.

14.3 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of a conflict between translations in different languages, the Bengali version will take precedence.
